Government of India has asked Whats App to withdraw the recent changes in the privacy police of the messaging app. In a letter written to the WhatsApp CEO Will Cathcart, the ministry of Electronics and Information Technology said, that unilateral changes are not fair and acceptable. It highlighted that the update does not change WhatsApp’s ability to share data with Facebook, the company added in their statement.
